Earlier this month, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) decided not to review Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Clark S. Cheney’s initial determination granting Brother’s motion for summary determination of violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (see “ITC Won’t Review Summary Determination in Brother’s Favor, Speaks Out on Aster and Brother Spat”).
