A one-time distributor of HP products in Argentina has named HP Inc. in a RICO civil suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division. The lawsuit accuses HP and the other defendants of operating an extortion scheme and of racketeering with regard to the printer, ink, and toner business.
