Gladiator IP LLC, a Texas-based patent-licensing company, has voluntarily dismissed with prejudice its patent-infringement lawsuit against Brother International Corporation. Gladiator had claimed a number of Brother printers and MFPs had infringed a pair of expired that originally belonged to Xerox.
