Canon U.S.A., Inc., has filed a lawsuit against a balloon festival. While Canon is known for being aggressive in the courts, particularly when it comes to protecting its intellectual property rights, most of its lawsuits target third-party toner cartridge vendors, makers of counterfeit camera batteries, and the like.
