On January 18, a former Argentinian distributor of HP products was scheduled to file the opening brief in its appeal of a district court’s order dismissing a lawsuit that the distributor had filed against HP Inc. and certain current and former employees of HP Argentina for allegedly violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO)
