On March 9, Xerox Corporation sued the Orange Board of Education in the U.S District Court for the District of New Jersey. Xerox is one of the more litigious OEMs in the industry in terms of suing customers for not paying what they owe for leased printing equipment such as printers, MFPs, and digital presses.
