Taking “the more, the merrier” as its motto, Flexiworld Technologies has filed a third patent-infringement lawsuit against Lexmark International. Flexiworld also recently filed four patent-infringement complaints against Brother Industries. This latest round of lawsuits follows Flexiworld’s 2021 patent-infringement complaints against Canon and Epson. Those lawsuits filed last year have been resolved.
