On June 15, Epson filed a new lawsuit against an old foe: the Ocbestjet companies. Epson claims that the defendants infringe patents that are protected by general exclusion orders (GEOs) awarded to Epson by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and that Epson has asserted in a series of lawsuits in U.S. federal district court.
