On July 28, Ricoh USA filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought against it by a Wisconsin company called AB Data, Ltd. AB Data’s complaint claims that Ricoh sold it the Slingshot data-management solution, but after three years of trying Ricoh could not get the solution to work. The firm wants its money back.
