On September 6, U.S. District Judge Susan Illston issued orders approving the settlement, the plan for allocation of settlement funds, and the award for attorneys’ fees and expenses in HP’s settlement of a securities class action called In re HP Inc. Securities Litigation. HP has agreed to pay the settlement class $10.5 million in cash.
