Lexmark’s Motion to Stay Flexiworld’s Lawsuits Is Denied

On September 1, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky denied Lexmark’s motion to stay four patent-infringement lawsuits filed against it by Flexiworld Technologies. Lexmark had requested a stay because it filed petitions with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) requesting inter partes reviews (IPRs)
