On September 18, Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon.com Services LLC, and Amazon Advertising LLC filed a motion to dismiss Planet Green Cartridges’ complaint that claims Amazon falsely advertises new-build compatible inkjet cartridges as remanufactured. As Planet Green anticipated would be the case, Amazon cites Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act as grounds for the complaint’s dismissal.
