K.Mizra LLC has gleaned its latest settlement and patent-licensing deal for a slate of multifunction printer (MFP) and consumables patents that it acquired from Sharp Corporation. On November 13, K.Mizra voluntarily dismissed its patent-infringement complaint against Konica Minolta, Inc. and Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. after the parties were able to finalize a settlement agreement.
