One of Epson’s inkjet cartridge patent-infringement lawsuits is coming to an end as the printer maker has asked a district court to enter a consent judgment and permanent injunction against a company called Service Watch Systems. Epson has already settled with and obtained consent judgments and permanent injunctions against the other companies named as defendants
