Thursday, January 18, was an important day in Ninestar’s lawsuit against the United States in the U.S. Court of International Trade. The lawsuit is aimed at getting Ninestar and several of its subsidiaries off the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List and enabling the firms to again import products into the United States.
