Xerox’s Reinvention plan just took a new but widely anticipated turn: the company announced the sale of its direct sales operations in Argentina and Chile to Grupo Datco. Grupo Datco is a Latin American technologies and fiber optic network services provider. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in Xerox’s March 12 press release.
