FTC Joins DOJ in Call to Expand DMCA Exemptions Allowing Right to Repair


On March 14, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced that it has joined with the Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division in submitting a comment to the U.S. Copyright Office advocating for regulations that would facilitate consumers’ and businesses’ right to repair their own products.
