Xerox Approves Handsome Officer Severance Program amid Layoffs of Rank-and-File Employees


In an example of poor or perhaps insensitive timing, Xerox Holdings Corporation’s Compensation Committee has approved an Officer Severance Program that provides terminated Xerox officers with a year or more of pay, health insurance, and other bonuses and benefits if they are let go involuntarily and not “for cause.” The move comes just 11 days
