When 2023 ends, so too will Xerox’s eConcierge cloud-based supplies-replenishment program. The company introduced eConcierge all the way back in 2011. The eConcierge program was offered for free and supported a long list of Xerox A4 and lower-end A3 devices including B- and C-series products; older ColorQube, Phaser, and WorkCentre devices; and newer VersaLink models.
