Xerox has snapped up another IT service company, the latest acquisition being Powerland, a 35-year-old company that calls itself one of Canada’s fastest-growing IT providers. In a February 2 announcement, Xerox said it paid cash to buy the company but offered no details. The acquisition strengthens Xerox’s IT service offerings in North America, Xerox said.
