On August 16, Henry So and Daniel Dyke filed a second amended complaint against HP Inc. Like the original complaint, which was filed in April 2022, the would-be class action claims that HP’s firmware updates that prevent the use of third-party inkjet cartridges in HP inkjet printers violate a number of federal and state laws.
